Quick Tracking provides eight preset system dashboards for miniapp applications, covering overall trends, user acquisition, retention, device terminals, page views, and custom events.
The eight preset dashboards are Overall trend, Time-based insights, New users, Active users, Retained users, Device terminals, Page list, and Custom events. All preset dashboards are marked as system-created. The following sections describe the data metrics and calculation methods for each dashboard.
Overall trend
The Overall trend dashboard includes 10 reports that provide a quick overview of your application's key data. The calculation methods for the main reports are explained below.
Active devices and accounts

The number of devices and accounts with any recorded behavior during the selected time period.

Period-over-period and same-period comparison calculations are performed as follows.
Period-over-period change = (Current value - Previous value) / Previous value
Same-period comparison = (Current value - Value from the same period in the previous cycle) / Value from the same period in the previous cycle

Key behavior count

Page view count: The number of times a page view event was triggered on a device within the selected time period.

Control exposure count: The number of times a control exposure event was triggered on a device within the selected time period.

Control click count: The number of times a control click event was triggered on a device within the selected time period.

Custom event count: The number of times an event was triggered on a device where the system property `event type` is `custom event` within the selected time period.

Key metric trends

Application launch count: The number of times the application was launched on a device within the selected time period.

New device count: The number of unique devices that triggered any event within the selected time period and were launched for the first time.

Active device count: The number of unique devices that triggered any event within the selected time period.

New account count: The number of unique accounts that triggered any event within the selected time period and had their first logon.

Active account count: The number of unique accounts that triggered any event within the selected time period.

Average session duration (minutes): The average duration of application exit events, divided by 60.

Average session duration per device (minutes): The total duration of application exit events divided by the number of unique devices for those events (where duration is greater than 0), then divided by 60.

Average launches per device: The average number of application launches per device ID during the selected time period.

TOP 10 page views | Device count

Event code: The event code for a page view event triggered by a user within the selected time period. If an event name is provided, the name is displayed. Otherwise, the event code is displayed.

Device count: The number of devices that triggered a page view event within the selected time period.

TOP 10 control clicks | Device count

Control name: The event code for a control click event triggered within the selected time period. If an event name is provided, the name is displayed. Otherwise, the event code is displayed.

Device count: The number of devices that triggered a control click event within the selected time period.

TOP 10 custom events | Device count

Event code: The event code for any event where the `event type` system property is `custom event`, triggered within the selected time period. If an event name is provided, the name is displayed. Otherwise, the event code is displayed.

New/Active device | Access retention
The retention analysis includes two reports that help you understand overall user engagement and new user acquisition quality.
Active user retention

Active user count: The number of devices that launched the application on day T (or in week/month T).

Retention rate: (Number of users who were active on day T and also active on day T+N) / (Number of active users on day T) × 100%.
New user retention

New user count: The number of devices that launched the application for the first time on day T (or in week/month T).

Retention rate: (Number of new users from day T who were also active on day T+N) / (Number of new users on day T) × 100%.
Time-based insights
The Time-based insights dashboard includes four reports that help you analyze user activity and application behavior at specific time granularities.
New and active trends

Application launch count: The number of times the application was launched on a device within the selected time period.

New device count: The number of unique devices that triggered any event within the selected time period and were launched for the first time.

Active device count: The number of unique devices that triggered any event within the selected time period.

Key behavior count

The Page list dashboard shows user counts and view counts for all pages in your application.

Page name: The name corresponding to the page code entered on the Collection Management platform. If no name is provided, the code is displayed.

Page code: The code reported for the page view event. This code corresponds to the `page_name` field in the SDK message.

Viewing device count: The number of unique devices that triggered page view events.

View count: The number of logs that are reported for page view events.

Custom events
The Custom events dashboard shows user counts and trigger counts for all custom events in your application.

Event name: The name corresponding to the event code entered on the Collection Management platform. If no name is provided, the code is displayed.

Event code: The event code reported for this event. This code corresponds to the `ID` field in the SDK message.

Triggering user count: The number of unique devices that triggered this event.
