User Marketing gives you two ways to activate audiences: send content directly to users through Reach Marketing, or push audience segments to ad platforms through Ad Marketing.

User Marketing is the campaign execution layer of Quick Audience. After you define and analyze your audiences, use User Marketing to activate them — either by delivering messages through owned channels or by syncing audience lists to external ad platforms.

  • To send messages directly to users via SMS, Email, Push, or WeChat, use Reach Marketing.

  • To push user segments to ad platforms such as Data Bank, Ocean Engine, or Tencent Ad, use Ad Marketing.

  • To monitor campaign performance and manage ongoing marketing activities, use Marketing Management.
