This topic describes how to use Intelligent Advisor (Advisor) to subscribe to and download reports for multi-dimensional general inspections.
Download an inspection report
After a multi-dimensional general inspection is complete, click Overview in the menu to open the inspection results overview page. Click the Download Report button. In the dialog box that appears, select a report format and download the report.
Subscribe to an inspection report
Intelligent Advisor automatically runs one multi-dimensional inspection each day. You can configure a report subscription to automatically receive the latest inspection reports by email or in a DingTalk group. To configure the subscription, click Settings > Inspection Report Subscription in the menu.
Turn on the Subscribe to Inspection Reports switch. Set the frequency and time. Advisor then automatically sends the latest report to your configured recipients at the scheduled time.
Click the Add Recipient button. In the dialog box, add recipients by email or by DingTalk group. Enter the email address or the DingTalk group webhook to complete the configuration. Advisor will then send reports to all recipients in the list at the scheduled frequency and time.
