The external account warning feature displays a notification when a user receives an email from an address outside your organization. As an administrator, you can customize this warning in the admin console. You can choose to display a general warning on the sender name or an advanced warning on both the sender name and sender address. You can also add specific domain names to a whitelist to prevent emails from those domains from triggering warnings.
Configure external account warning
Log on to Alibaba Mail as an administrator, go to the admin console, and then click Security Management > Email Security > External Account Warning.
Enable the external account warning
, and then select either Display a general warning on the sender name or Display an advanced warning on the sender name and sender address.NoteThe default setting is Display a general warning on the sender name.

Add a domain to the whitelist
Click Add to Whitelist.
In the dialog box, enter the domain name to add.
Click Save.
NoteThe whitelist automatically includes all subdomains of a specified domain name. For example, if you add "example.com" to the whitelist, emails from "a.example.com" will not trigger a warning. You can add up to 50 domain names to the whitelist.
Remove a domain from the whitelist
To remove a single domain name, click Delete to the right of the domain name.
To remove multiple domain names, select the checkboxes next to the domain names to remove, and then click Delete.
