This topic explains how to unlock your mailbox if it is locked due to too many failed logon attempts.
For example, on the Alibaba Mail web client, if you enter an incorrect password, a message appears showing how many attempts you have left.
If you use all your attempts, a message appears: "You have made too many failed attempts to enter your username or password. Please try again in one hour, or contact your administrator to unlock the account."
In the management console, the mailbox administrator selects the employee's mailbox account and then clicks Unlock Account under Account Status Operation.
