AI Guardrails uses pay-as-you-go billing: charges apply only when you call an API operation. Activating the service without making any API calls incurs no fees.
Because billing is purely usage-based, no fees accumulate when the service is unused, and therefore refunds are not supported for the pay-as-you-go billing method.
Refunds for AI Guardrails QPS reservation packages
A full refund is available for orders paid for within 7 days, provided the QPS package has not yet taken effect.
Refunds are not available if the order was paid for more than 7 days ago or if the QPS package has already taken effect.
Refunds for AI Guardrails Pro resource plans
Refunds can be issued as cash or coupons.
A full refund is available for orders paid for within 30 days if the resource plan has not been used.
If the resource plan has been used, a partial refund is available.
Refund amount = Actual payment - (Usage × Standard pay-as-you-go unit price). The standard unit price is CNY 7.5 per 10,000 detections.
Refunds are not available for resource plan orders paid for more than 180 days ago, even if the plan has not been used.
