Push messages to specific employees

In the miniapp, go to My > Settings > Message Recipient Management. On this page, you can specify which employees receive messages, and add or delete recipients. By default, the currently logged-on user is the only recipient. Note: Only an Alibaba Cloud account can manage message recipients.

After the settings are configured, the Alibaba Cloud Assistant bot pushes messages to the specified recipients.

The message content includes CloudMonitor alerts, system messages, and service messages.

Push alerts to a group

In the miniapp, go to the My tab and tap Alibaba Cloud CoolApp. On the CoolApp product page, select a group and enable the application. After the application is enabled, the Alibaba Cloud Assistant bot pushes alert messages to that group.

The Alibaba Cloud CoolApp can be installed in multiple group chats within the same organization.

Permissions

By default, message recipients and group members can only view message cards. To manage resources, they must attach and log on to an Alibaba Cloud account.

The message content includes CloudMonitor alerts, system messages, and service messages.

By default, after a Resource Access Management (RAM) user attaches their account and logs on to the DingTalk miniapp, they cannot receive message pushes. To enable pushes for the RAM user, the Alibaba Cloud account owner must add the user's corresponding DingTalk user in the Alibaba Cloud miniapp under My > Settings > Message Recipient Management. The RAM user can then receive message pushes.

If a RAM user enables the Alibaba Cloud CoolApp in a group chat, the group cannot receive message pushes from the associated Alibaba Cloud account. To receive messages in the group, the Alibaba Cloud account owner must enable the CoolApp for the group chat.
