This topic describes how to activate the Alibaba Cloud Real-Time Communication (RTC) service.

Activate the service

  1. Log on to Alibaba Cloud Real-Time Communication.

  2. Click Activate Now.

  3. Select a Service Type and a Billing Method, and then select Terms of Service.

  4. Click Activate Now to activate the service.

    Note

    On the Alibaba Cloud RTC service activation page, a service type, billing method, and service area are selected by default. To activate the service for regions outside China, contact your account manager or submit a ticket.

What to do next

After you activate the RTC service, you can manage your applications in the console. For more information, see Application Management.
