This topic describes how to create an application in the console.
Procedure
Log on to the Real-Time Communication (RTC) console.
In the navigation pane on the left, click Application Management.
Click Create Application.
On the Real-Time Communication (Pay-As-You-Go) page, select Terms of Service.

Service type
The RTC service type is General-purpose by default.
Billing method
The RTC billing method is Time-based billing by aggregate resolution by default.
Service region
The service is available in China by default. If you want to enable the service in the US, contact your account manager or submit a ticket.
Click Enable Now to create the application.
Return to the Application Management page to view information about the new application.
NoteThe App ID is a unique identifier that Alibaba Cloud RTC servers use to distinguish between applications.
