The AI Guardrails Document Moderation Enhanced Edition service includes a pre-configured general policy for document moderation, developed from extensive content governance experience and common industry standards. If this policy does not meet your business needs, you can customize it.
Use cases
When your business encounters the following scenarios, you can use the Alibaba Cloud Document Moderation Enhanced Edition console to customize detection rules and the detection scope, query detection results, and gather statistics on the detection volume.
When using the service for the first time, log on to the AI Guardrails console to view the initial detection policy for Document Moderation.

Use case |
Description |
You can adjust the document detection policy based on industry standards or your business needs. You can modify the following settings:
For example, to detect only red-line violations in document images, you can adjust the Image Moderation Rule in the AI Guardrails console. |
If you manage multiple businesses that use the same service but require different threat detection policies, you can copy the service to create a unique policy for each business. For example, if you have three businesses (A, B, and C) that all use the General Document Moderation (document_detection) service but have different standards, you can copy the document_detection service to create document_detection_01 and document_detection_02. You can then set different threat detection policies for these three services to meet your business needs. |
If you want to store document screenshots for an extended period, you can configure the service to transfer the screenshots to your OSS bucket. Note
By default, the system temporarily stores document screenshots for 30 minutes and returns a temporary URL in the API response. |
