Quality statistics

The quality statistics feature allows you to query quality overview data and quality distribution data under a specified AppID. By reading this article, you can learn how to query quality statistics.
Procedure
- Log on to the Real-Time Communication RTC console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
- Optional:Click the Quality Overview tab, and then select a time range to view the quality overview data.
- Click the Success Rate of Channel Joining tab to view the channel join success rate.

metric Description Success rate of joining a channel The ratio of the number of successful joining channels to the total number of people trying to join channels. Success rate of joining a channel in 5 seconds The ratio of the number of people who successfully joined the channel within 5 seconds from launch to the total number of people who tried to join the channel. - Click the First Loading Time tab to view the first loading time.

metric Description Audio first sound time The time from the time when you successfully subscribe to remote user audio to the first sound. Unit: milliseconds. The time when the video was first plotted. The time from the start of a successful subscription to a remote user video to the first plot. Unit: milliseconds. - Click the Stuttering Rate tab to view the Cutout Rate for audio and video.

metric Description Audio Caton Rate The ratio of the audio jamming duration to the total audio duration. Video Caton Rate The ratio of video bursts to the total video duration. - Click the Network Latency tab to view the audio and video network latency.

metric Description Audio network latency The network latency of the audio from the sender to the receiver. Video network latency The network latency of the video from the sender to the receiver. - Click the Quality Transmission Rate tab to view the high-quality transmission rate of audio and video.

metric Description High-quality audio transmission rate During audio transmission, the packet loss rate is less than or equal to 5% of the transmission ratio. High-quality video transmission rate During video transmission, the packet loss ratio is less than or equal to 5%.
- Click the Success Rate of Channel Joining tab to view the channel join success rate.
- Optional:Select the ID of the app to be queried, click the Quality Distribution tab, and then select a time range to view the quality distribution data.

Quality distribution can display quality data in the dimensions of region, network type, operating system, number of simultaneous online channels, and Top SDK version. The metrics corresponding to each dimension are as follows:
metric Description Usage Proportion The usage percentage of a specific metric in each dimension, for example, the percentage of the total usage of WiFi in the network type. Success rate of joining a channel joining channels to the total number of people trying to join channels. Success rate of joining a channel in 5 seconds The ratio of the number of people who successfully joined the channel within 5 seconds from launch to the total number of people who tried to join the channel. First sound The time from the time when you successfully subscribe to remote user audio to the first sound. Unit: milliseconds. First plot The time from the start of a successful subscription to a remote user video to the first plot. Unit: milliseconds. Audio Caton Rate The ratio of the audio jamming duration to the total audio duration. Video Caton Rate The ratio of video bursts to the total video duration. Audio delay The network latency of the audio from the sender to the receiver. Video latency The network latency of the video from the sender to the receiver. High-quality audio transmission rate During audio transmission, the packet loss rate is less than or equal to 5% of the transmission ratio. High-quality video transmission rate During video transmission, the packet loss ratio is less than or equal to 5%.
