Control page watermarks and phone number privacy settings to protect sensitive data in your space.
Only space administrators can access and modify Security Settings.
Procedure
Step 1: Open Security Settings
Go to Configuration Management > Security Settings.

Step 2: Configure watermark settings
The watermark is disabled by default. When enabled, all pages display the user's login account name as a watermark.

Step 3: Configure phone number privacy controls
This step includes three independent toggles that control how phone numbers are displayed, downloaded, and pushed.
Default state: The User 360 masking toggle is off. The plaintext download toggle is on. The plaintext push toggle is on.
User 360 phone number masking: When enabled, the middle four digits of a user's phone number are masked with asterisks (*) in User 360.

Plaintext download: Controls whether users can download unencrypted phone numbers from Group Management-Group Package Download and User 360-User Export. When off, plaintext phone numbers cannot be downloaded from Group Management-Group Package Download or User 360-User Export.
Plaintext push: Controls whether users can push unencrypted phone numbers via Group Management-Group Push. When off, unencrypted phone numbers cannot be pushed via Group Management-Group Push.
