TG7221B is a new, highly integrated System-on-Chip (SoC) from Tmall Genie. It features Bluetooth 5.2 dual-mode and a high-performance audio codec. The SoC also integrates a 32-bit Microcontroller Unit (MCU) and a 192 MHz Risc-V MCU to support a wide range of software features and product customizations. The TG7221B is designed for maximum integration to reduce the number of external components. It is built on an advanced 55 nm CMOS low-leakage process, which provides high integration, low power consumption, minimal leakage current, and a reduced bill of materials (BOM) cost.
