This topic describes how to view monitoring information for a MyBase instance.
Prerequisites
Prometheus Monitoring is enabled for the Basic Management Service of the cluster.
The instance is deployed on ACK.
Enable monitoring
The monitoring feature for MyBase is disabled by default. You must enable this feature to view monitoring information.
Log on to the ApsaraDB for MyBase console.
In the upper-left corner of the console, select a region. Find the cluster that you want to manage and click the cluster ID to go to the cluster management page.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Instances.
On the Instance List page, find the target instance and click Enable in the Monitoring column.
NoteAlternatively, on the instance details page, go to the Database Engine Nodes section and click Enable Monitoring in the upper-right corner of the card for the target node.
In the Database Engine Nodes section, click Enable Monitoring in the upper-right corner of the card for the target secondary node.
In the Enable Public Endpoint for Prometheus pane, configure the Network Type.
Select LoadBalancer mode and follow the on-screen instructions.
Click OK.
View monitoring information
Log on to the ApsaraDB for MyBase console.
In the upper-left corner of the console, select a region. Find the cluster that you want to manage and click the cluster ID to go to the cluster management page.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Instances.
On the Instance List page, find the target instance and click the
icon in the Monitoring column.The first time you use this, you may need to enter the username
aliyunand the passwordaliyun.After the monitoring page appears, you can view the monitoring information for the instance. For more information, click Help at the top of the page to view the official Prometheus documentation.
