FAQ
Service activation
Is there a fee for service activation?
Activating Intelligent Creation Workshop is free. After activation, fees are charged based on the service pattern you choose.
For more information, see Service activation.
How am I billed if I activate both subscription and pay-as-you-go services?
Resources from your subscription package are always used first. For example, if you have a 1000 hour subscription for a service that is billed by session, these hours are used before any pay-as-you-go billing begins for that service. You do not need to pay extra at the end of the month for this usage. If your monthly usage for the service exceeds your subscription, the remaining usage is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. For more information, see the billing description.
API-TOKEN Issues
What is an API-TOKEN used for?
An API-TOKEN is required only for image generation services that involve a user interface (UI), such as SD WebUI. In this UI, the API-TOKEN is used for authentication. If you make image generation requests directly through an API, you do not need an API-TOKEN.
Is there a limit on the number of API-TOKENs?
Currently, there is no limit on the number of API-TOKENs.
Can one API-TOKEN be used by multiple users?
We do not recommend attaching one API-TOKEN to multiple users. All user data and task requests are stored and managed at the token level. If multiple users share one API-TOKEN and log on simultaneously, their tasks run in a serial sequence. This also means all user data is shared, which poses a privacy risk.
Billing
How is the service billed?
Intelligent Creation Workshop offers multiple service patterns, each with a different billing method. For more information, see Product Billing.
How can I check my usage?
To check your resource usage, you can go to the Monitoring Dashboard in the Intelligent Creation Workshop console. The dashboard shows your usage from the previous day (T+1).
