Service period definition
Intelligent Creation Workshop provides text-to-image Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) capabilities. Two billing models are available: subscription and pay-as-you-go.
Subscription model: If you purchase a subscription for Intelligent Creation Workshop, the service period is the validity period of the product. This period is typically six calendar months, starting on the first day of the month of activation. We provide after-sales support during the service period.
Pay-as-you-go model: After you activate Intelligent Creation Workshop, if you invoke the service and incur fees within a calendar month, that month is considered the service period.

We provide 24/7 support by phone and online tickets to answer your questions.
We provide support for faults on the official website. To report a fault, submit an online ticket. We offer prompt support for faults that are not caused by your actions. However, this support does not cover issues caused by your actions, force majeure, or other events beyond our control.
