Add the Alibaba Cloud App monitoring widget on your mobile device-Alibaba Cloud App-阿里云帮助中心

The Alibaba Cloud App monitoring widget uses features of your mobile operating system to allow you to monitor key resource metrics without opening the app. This provides quick resource updates and improves your mobile monitoring experience.

Android phone

Prerequisites: Alibaba Cloud App version 6.4.0 or later. The Display over other apps permission is enabled for the Alibaba Cloud App.

(Optional) Subscribe to a monitoring chart.

Note
Perform this step if the widget does not have a monitoring chart, or if you want to change the current monitoring chart on the widget.
Add the monitoring widget to your phone's home screen.
1. Long-press an empty area on your phone's screen and tap Add widgets. The name of this option may vary by phone brand, such as Add widgets or Widgets. Find and add the Alibaba Cloud widget.
2. In widget edit mode, tap the Alibaba Cloud widget. The Alibaba Cloud App opens, where you can change the monitoring chart.
Ensure that the Display over other apps permission is enabled for the Alibaba Cloud App. Otherwise, the widget will not display correctly. For more information about enabling permissions and adding widgets, watch the following video.

iPhone

Prerequisites: Alibaba Cloud App version 6.4.0 or later. iOS 16 or later.

(Optional) Subscribe to a monitoring chart.

Add a monitoring widget.
- Add a Home Screen monitoring widget.
  1. Long-press an empty area on your Home Screen and tap the + icon to enter widget edit mode. Select the Alibaba Cloud widget and add it to your Home Screen.
  2. In widget edit mode, tap the Alibaba Cloud widget on your Home Screen to edit the monitoring information. You can also long-press the widget after you add it to your Home Screen to edit its information.

- Add a Lock Screen monitoring widget.
  1. Long-press any area on the Lock Screen to enter edit mode. Tap Customize to enter the Lock Screen widget edit mode. Select one or more Alibaba Cloud widgets and add them to your Lock Screen.
  2. In the Lock Screen widget edit mode, tap an Alibaba Cloud widget on your Lock Screen to edit its monitoring information.
