Data security commitment

We encrypt all data transmitted for your tenant using asymmetric encryption. We also perform regular security audits to comply with data protection regulations.

Data privacy commitment

We encrypt and store all your data. This includes data from your users and models you maintain. We use tenant isolation and will never share your data with any third party.

Image generation service response time

We are continuously improving our services. These improvements include upgrading the WebUI, updating plugins, and enhancing the underlying computing power. Because computing power is a shared resource among tenants, we cannot guarantee a specific service response time or reliability. The following are reference values for image generation response times.

• Simple operations (single image generation, no plugins or scripts): A valid request is generally completed within 1 minute.

• Moderately complex operations (generating images with basic plugins): A valid request is completed within 1 to 10 minutes.

• Highly complex operations (multi-batch, high-resolution image generation, using complex plugins): The generation time depends on the complexity of the parameters but is typically under 10 minutes.

Definition of a simple operation:

An image generation request that uses the 1.5 model without any plugins or scripts. It only uses the built-in text-to-image and image-to-image parameters.

Moderately complex operations:

A text-to-image or image-to-image request that uses the XL or 1.5 model with plugins from the basic plugin list.

Highly complex operations:

Any image generation request that uses a plugin from the complex plugin list or any script.

Complex plugin list:

• Adetailer

• Roop

• AnimateDiff

Notes:

• Definition of a valid request:

• The parameters have a valid format, compliant content, and settings within the recommended range of the WebUI and the plugin.

• For Webhook integrations, your system must correctly process the callback within 5 s.

• The lists of basic and complex plugins are subject to change based on market demand and plugin version updates.

• We periodically re-evaluate the performance metrics in this document as our technology and products evolve. We will announce any changes on the platform.
