This topic describes how to purchase DingTalk Meetings and explains the associated billing methods.

Purchase

Note

DingTalk provides the service for this product. After you complete your purchase, you must submit a service activation request form. You can use the product only after the purchased benefits are attached to your DingTalk organization.

If you have questions about product selection, submit a purchase inquiry. A dedicated consultant will contact you.

1. Review the billing information for Video conferencing billing and Live streaming billing. Click Buy Now to open the product purchase page. The following figure shows an example:

2. Confirm the product specifications and complete the payment. View the order number and take a screenshot to use as proof for service activation. The following figure shows an example:

3. Enter the purchased product and your customer information. This allows our support staff to attach the benefits to the correct DingTalk organization.

4. After the service is activated, you will receive an email notification. Ensure that the email address you provided in the service activation request form is correct. Requests submitted before 17:00 on a business day take effect on the same day.

A cloud conference room supports up to 1080P resolution. Only one meeting can be held in a cloud conference room at a time. Buy a cloud conference room now.

Concurrent meeting license

  • The number of concurrent licenses affects the maximum number of people who can attend meetings at the same time. One attendee consumes one concurrent license.

  • When you use concurrent licenses to hold a meeting, the maximum number of attendees per meeting is 300.

Meeting duration package

  • The duration consumed by a meeting is the sum of the time each member spends in the meeting.

  • When you use a duration package to hold a meeting, the maximum number of attendees per meeting is 300.

  • The duration package is valid for one year. Any remaining duration automatically expires after the package expires.

Concurrent live streaming license

  • The number of concurrent licenses affects the maximum number of people who can watch live streams at the same time. One viewer consumes one concurrent license.

  • When you use concurrent licenses to start a live stream, the maximum number of viewers per stream is 50,000.

Live streaming duration package

  • The duration consumed by a live stream is deducted based on the cumulative viewing time of all viewers.

  • When you use a duration package to start a live stream, the maximum number of viewers per stream is 50,000.

  • A duration package is valid for one year. Any remaining duration expires after the package expires.

CNY 2,000/year/100,000 minutes

Converged communications license

Provide your own Session Border Controller (SBC) to connect with your IP-PBX phone system. After purchase, you can dial short numbers between DingTalk and your phone system. You can also use your existing phone lines to make external calls from DingTalk. Licenses are purchased based on the number of enterprise users. One user consumes one license.
