Download large attachments from sent or received emails before the 30-day retention period expires.
Large attachments in Alibaba Mail are stored in the Transfer Station for Large Attachments. The maximum retention period is 30 days. Both senders and receivers must download attachments within this period. Expired attachments cannot be retrieved.

Log on to the Webmail by employee account and go to the Drive page.

On the Transfer Station for Large Attachments page, find the attachment that you want to download and click Download.
Download Large Attachments in Received Emails

Log on to the Webmail by employee accounts.

Use advanced search select with attachments and click Search to search for all emails with attachments.

Find the attachment with the BIG icon in the email and click Download.
