Monitoring dashboard

View a dashboard

1. Log in to the OceanBase console .

2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Autonomy Service > Monitoring Dashboard.

3. Select the target region in the upper-left corner of the page.

4. On the Monitoring Dashboard page, view the default monitoring dashboard.

   The default dashboard displays two sections: Tenant Performance Monitoring and Cluster Host Monitoring, covering common performance metrics.

   • You can specify a time period in the upper-right corner to filter the data to view.

   • You can enable auto refresh in the upper-right corner so that the dashboard automatically refreshes at the specified interval.

   

Add a dashboard

1. In the upper right corner of the Monitoring Dashboard page, click Add Dashboard.

2. In the Add Dashboard dialog box that appears, specify the dashboard name.

3. Select the monitoring objects and metrics as needed.

   1. Tenant performance monitoring

      1. You can enable Tenant Performance Monitoring to monitor tenant performance.

      2. In the Tenants section, select the tenants to be monitored on the left and click to add the selected tenants.

      3. In the Monitoring Metrics section, select the monitoring metrics as needed on the left, and click to add the selected metrics.

   2. Cluster host monitoring

      1. You can enable Cluster Host Monitoring to monitor hosts in a cluster.

      2. In the text box of the Cluster section, select the clusters to be monitored.

      3. In the Monitoring Metrics section, select the monitoring metrics as needed on the left, and click to add the selected metrics.

4. Click OK.

Edit a dashboard

1. On the Monitoring Dashboard page, find the target dashboard.

2. Move the pointer over the dashboard name and select Edit.

   Note

   You cannot edit the default dashboard.

   

3. In the Edit Dashboard dialog box that appears, you can change the dashboard name and monitoring configurations as needed.

4. Click OK.

Delete a dashboard

1. On the Monitoring Dashboard page, find the target dashboard.

2. Move the pointer over the dashboard name and select Delete.

3. In the dialog box that appears, click Delete.
