A custom dashboard combines multiple text and chart widgets into a single visual view for marketing data analysis. Chart widgets are reports generated in 「Multi-dimensional Analysis」.

Custom dashboard configurations

A custom dashboard combines multiple text and chart widgets into a single visual view for marketing data analysis. Chart components are reports generated in 「Multi-dimensional Analysis」. To configure a custom dashboard, perform the following steps:

Go to the configuration page: Choose User Insight> Analysis Dashboard> Custom Dashboard to go to the configuration page.
Group Management dashboard: My dashboard contains dashboards created by your account. Public dashboard contains dashboards shared with you. You can organize dashboards into groups. A default group is provided. You can create, rename, or delete groups based on your business requirements.
New dashboard: In the My dashboard section, add a dashboard. Configure the dashboard Name, Belonging Group, and Notes.
Edit a dashboard: Add charts to a custom dashboard for insight analysis.
1. Add a widget:
  1. Method 1: Click the 「+」 icon in the middle or upper-right corner of the page to add a chart widget or text widget.
    1. Chart: Add an existing report as a chart widget.
    2. Text component: Add a title or descriptive text for a report. Supports custom font sizes, paragraph formats, and more.
  2. Method 2: Choose User Insight> Model Analysis> Multi-dimensional Analysis and perform the following steps:
    1. Click Add to dashboard in the upper-right corner and select the target dashboard to add the report.
    2. Click 「Edit」 to go to the report editing page. Click 「Add to dashboard」 in the upper-right corner and select the target dashboard.
2. Edit a component: Edit, delete, or force-refresh a component.
  1. Click 「Edit」 to configure the name, description, display type, layout, and number of data entries for the chart.
  2. Use the side-pull triangle of the chart to select which groups to display.
3. Component layout: Freely arrange components to achieve the desired visual effect.
  1. Click the top of a widget and drag it to move the widget.
  2. Click and drag a widget in the lower-right corner to change the widget size.
Customize overall actions on a dashboard: Share, copy, delete, export, or refresh the entire dashboard from the upper-right corner of the dashboard page.
