You can use this feature to search for a single user and concatenate the exceptions, performance, and behavioral events of the user (if you also use the traffic analysis of Quick Tracking) to completely restore the usage path of the user and determine the impact of performance on user experience.
* If you use the traffic analysis module of Quick Tracking at the same time, custom events or preset events that you set are automatically connected when you use the user tracking feature. This helps you better understand user behavior.
You can search by utdid (a single device ID defined by the QT platform) or user ID (a custom ID).
Because your custom ID may use accounts, members, etc. may log in to multiple devices, we will enumerate the number of utdid corresponding to the user ID in your query time and then display them separately.
We provide the function of ID favorites. If you have some IDs that need to be queried frequently, you can collect them. You can collect them up to 50.
Query Result: displays the log data of the user you queried.
