Store Operation

Updated at:

Use Store Operation to build a geo-targeted audience from customers who live or work near your physical store locations, then reach them through a Lingyang SuperSMS bulk SMS campaign.

Overview

In combination with store operation, Lingyang SuperSMS selects customers who are resident or work in close proximity to the store for recall or store operation activities, and helps to improve the effective reach rate and audience visit rate of marketing activities.

After completing this guide, you will be able to:

  • Generate a store-proximity audience based on residential location data

  • Create the SMS signature and template required for Lingyang SuperSMS

  • Launch a bulk SMS campaign to that audience

Store operation characteristics

  1. Precision targeting: Based on predicted residential location data, the system screens customers near a store location. These customers are more likely to respond to marketing campaigns due to geographic convenience.

  2. Personalized messaging: Customized marketing content is sent to these selected users, designed to match their needs or interests to improve engagement and effectiveness.

  3. Performance tracking and optimization: Data analysis tracks campaign metrics such as business circle reach rate, link open rate, and store conversion rate to continuously refine marketing strategy.

Workflow

The workflow has two phases:

  1. Audience generation — Search for a store location, set the selection radius, run the geo-targeting task, and save the result as an audience group.

  2. SMS campaign — Create an SMS signature and template in Lingyang SuperSMS, then create a bulk-sending task using the generated audience.

Overall operation steps
