Purchase flow for Alibaba Mail for China

Alibaba Mail China-Specific Version Purchase Page

Log on to your Alibaba Cloud account, go to the Alibaba Mail for China details page, and click Buy Now.

Purchase Instructions

1. Select the number of accounts that you need. A minimum of 5 accounts is required. For example, to purchase 10 mailboxes, enter 10 in the text box.

2. Enter the domain name to associate with the mailboxes.

3. Select a subscription duration.

4. After you make your selections, the system calculates the price. Click Buy Now.

Mailbox Purchase

Confirm the order details. Read and agree to the Alibaba Mail Terms of Service. Then, click Proceed to Pay to go to the checkout page.

Pay for the order

Select a payment method. The following methods are supported: Account Balance, Personal Online Banking (including credit cards), Corporate Online Banking, and Corporate Bank Transfer.

After you select a payment method, click Pay to complete the payment.

Note: If you accidentally exit the payment page, you can log on to the console. In the top navigation bar, choose Billing > Orders to go to the order list. Find the unpaid order and click Pay to complete the payment.
