Introduction to console features

  1. You can click "Go to Homepage" and "Go to Console" to navigate to the Quick Tracking homepage and the Management Console, respectively.image

  2. Log Return Service or Log Sync Service: This feature returns logs to Simple Log Service (SLS). For more information about how to activate this service and what data is returned, see SaaS data log return.

  3. Application List: Click Add Application to go to the Application List page in the management console. You can create an application on this page. For more information, see Application Management.

  4. Account Sync: The Resource Access Management (RAM) account sync feature synchronizes RAM user information to the Quick Tracking backend. You can sync all RAM users or only specific RAM users. The steps are as follows:

    1. Select the Shanghai or Zhangjiakou region, and then choose to sync RAM users.

    2. To sync all RAM users, select the option to sync all RAM users. This synchronizes all RAM users that belong to the root account.

    3. To sync only specific RAM users, select the option to sync partial RAM users. Then, select the users that you want to sync, as shown in the following figure.

    Important
    • When you grant permissions to a RAM user, select the Public_Platform_Access option, as shown in the following figure.

    • If you want a RAM user to access the Quick Tracking console and view the activation status of product features, see RAM Subaccount Access Authorization.

    • You can create roles to assign permissions to RAM users. You can also grant specific permissions for reports, dashboards, or features directly to RAM users. For more information, see Permission Management.

FAQ

  1. Although your Performance Experience subscription has not expired, the Management Console or the QT Performance Experience interface may display a message such as 'You have not purchased Performance Experience' or 'You currently lack access permissions. Please purchase the relevant product.'

Solution: This issue occurs because your Performance Experience resource plan has exceeded its quota. You can purchase a new resource plan to continue using the service.

  2. After you purchase the feature module, you are provided with a single organization.

Solution: Quick Tracking offers Express, Standard, and Expert editions. The Express edition includes a default quota of one organization. For more information, see Versions and specifications for collection and analysis.

  3. When returning data from SLS in the Shanghai or Zhangjiakou regions, can I write it to SLS in another region?

Solution: No. Data from SLS in the Shanghai or Zhangjiakou regions can only be returned to SLS in the same region. To transfer data across regions, you can create a cross-region sync task in your SLS project. For more information about how to configure cross-region synchronization, contact SLS support.

  4. The SLS log return feature is not returning any data, and an "undefined" project is created.

Solution: Log on to the Quick Tracking console and troubleshoot the issue by following these steps:

    1. Go to the Quick Tracking console and disable the log return feature.

    2. Go to SLS and delete the `quickaplus-xxxx-project-undefined` project.

    3. Go to the Quick Tracking console and enable the log return feature.

    4. Report logs and wait for 3 to 5 minutes. Then, check SLS to verify that new data has been received.

If new data is still not received after you complete these steps, contact Quick Tracking support.
