Alibaba Cloud Email Channel Configuration
Configure the Alibaba Cloud email API to send marketing emails through Direct Mail. Before you start, make sure your root account has Direct Mail activated.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
An active Direct Mail account with the
accessKeyIdandaccessKeySecretavailable. To get these credentials, log on to your Alibaba Cloud Direct Mail account and click Get Parameters. For details, see Obtain an AccessKey.
Configure the email channel
In the upper-right corner of the page, click the
icon and select Organization Management > API Management.
In the Alibaba Cloud Email Settings section, click Edit. Add a configuration, select an email region, and enter the service parameters.
To get the accessKeyId and accessKeySecret, log on to your Alibaba Cloud Direct Mail account and click Get Parameters. For details, see Obtain an AccessKey.
In the Scope field, select the space within your organization where this email account applies. The space controls which teams and campaigns can use this channel. If you select the wrong space, the channel will not appear when creating campaigns in that space.
Click Save.
The email channel is now active. To use it, select it as the sending channel when creating a campaign in Quick Audience.
