Configure monitoring rules to receive real-time alerts when tasks fail, time out, or complete successfully.

Configure monitoring and alerting rules to detect task issues in real time. When a task triggers a rule, the system sends an alert through your configured channel to help ensure normal task execution and data output.

Procedure

  1. Choose Workspace > Configuration Management > Monitoring and Alerts.

  1. In the upper-right corner, click Create Monitoring Alert Task.

① Task type

Supported task types:

Data Import: scheduled data import tasks.

Crowd Generation: generate or update a crowd.

Crowd Push: push crowd data to a destination.

Crowd Splitting: split a crowd.

Crowd Deletion: delete a crowd.

② Monitoring and alerting rules

Supported rules:

Task success notification.

Task failure alerts.

Task execution timeout notification: triggered when a task does not complete within a specified duration. Range: 1–60 minutes or 1–24 hours.

Crowd Deletion supports only task success notifications.

③ Alert mode

Configure webhook URLs for DingTalk and WeCom chatbots. Set custom keywords for chatbots: alerts, notifications.
