You can push the IDs of an audience to Damengpan on a recurring schedule or as a one-time operation. You can also sync the push to Data Bank.

Procedure:

  1. Go to Workspace > User Insights > Audience Management > Audience Management. On the My Audiences tab, click the 13 icon next to the desired audience and select Push.

    Note
    • The audience to be pushed must contain more than 2,000 and fewer than 50 million members.

    • After Damengpan matches the IDs, the audience must contain more than 1,000 and fewer than 50 million members.

  2. In the dialog box that appears, select Damengpan from the Push to drop-down list. Then, select a Damengpan store or a brand under the store, as shown in the following figure.

Click the 324 icon to the right of the drop-down list to bind a Damengpan account. For more information, see Bind Damengpan.

    Note
    • If you bind only a store and not a brand, you can only push to the store.

    • If you push to a brand under a store, the audience becomes an omnichannel consumer data asset for that brand. If you push to a store, the audience does not belong to any brand. In either case, you can use the pushed audience on the Crowd > First-Party Data Upload page in Damengpan.

  3. To sync the audience push to Data Bank, select the Sync Push checkbox, select Data Bank, and then select the destination Data Bank account, as shown in the following figure.

Click the 324 icon to the right of the drop-down list to bind a Data Bank account. For more information, see Bind Data Bank.

    Note
    • All ID types that can be pushed to Damengpan can also be pushed to Data Bank.

    • The audience to be pushed must contain more than 5,000 and fewer than 200 million members.

    • After Data Bank matches the IDs, the audience must contain more than 2,000 and fewer than 50 million members.

    • If an audience is already configured for a periodic push to a specific brand in Data Bank, and you want to configure a sync push to the same brand, you must first disable the existing periodic push. Alternatively, you can modify the existing configuration to push to a different brand. Then, you can configure the sync push.

  4. Set the push schedule.

    • For a Periodic Push, turn on the Enable Push switch. Set the Push Time (the push frequency, which can be daily, weekly, or monthly), Start Time, and End Time.34546

If a periodic push is already configured for the audience, a Remove Configuration button appears in the lower-right corner. Click this button to purge the original configuration. This action cancels the original periodic push.

    • For a One-time Push, you do not need to set a schedule. The push is executed immediately.526

  5. ID Encryption Method: Specify whether the ID field is encrypted. If it is, select the corresponding encryption method.

    Note
    • If the ID field is encrypted, select the encryption method that you used. You can select MD5, SHA256, or AES. If the ID field is not encrypted, select Not Encrypted.

    • If you select AES, the AES-encrypted IDs are decrypted during the push for subsequent use. Decryption requires an AES key. To configure an AES key, see Organization Settings.

    • If you select MD5 or SHA256, note that only some marketing channels support encrypted IDs for subsequent marketing activities. For more information, see the documentation for the relevant marketing channels.

  6. Associate Sub-campaign: Select a main campaign, and then select a sub-campaign under that campaign. You can associate multiple sub-campaigns. Independent sub-campaigns are displayed under - at the end of the main campaign list. For more information about campaigns, see the Marketing Campaign document.

  7. Push Field: From the list, select the ID fields to push.

    Note
    • The 钥匙 icon indicates that the ID type is the user identity from the audience's source dataset.

    • The following ID types cannot be pushed to Damengpan: OneID, UnionID, OpenID, International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), Open Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID), MAC address, Weibo ID, or Alipay ID.

    • If you set ID Encryption Method to SHA256, you can only push phone numbers.

  8. Click Save or Confirm Push. The data is pushed to Damengpan.

    Note

If you have set the Damengpan push concurrency in the Management Hub, audiences that exceed the limit are queued for the push. For more information about how to set the concurrency, see Space System Settings.

  9. Click Push History to view the push results.

As shown in the following figure, Total Crowd in the list is the total number of all pushed IDs, and Crowd Size is the number of pushed user identities. The Crowd Size may differ from the Total Crowd if you push ID fields other than user identities, or if no user identities are pushed at all.

If a push fails, you can click Push Again. If a push succeeds, click Enter Damengpan to use the pushed data.1234

If you configured a sync push to Data Bank, you can view the push results on the Data Bank tab, as shown in the following figure. In the list, Total Crowd is the total number of all pushed IDs, and Crowd Size is the number of pushed user identities. The Crowd Size may differ from the Total Crowd if you push ID fields other than user identities, or if no user identities are pushed at all.

If a push fails, you can click Push Again. If a push succeeds, click Enter Data Bank to use the pushed data.
