Query test results
Result query
Review moderation results to analyze the most frequent violation types in moderated text.

Log on to the Guardrails console.

On the page, view the moderated text, hit tags, and request time.
You can filter results by time range, Request ID, text, or tag. Queries cover the last 30 days of data. The Result Query page stores up to 50,000 records. To retain data longer, save the results returned by the API.

Find a text entry and click Actions in the Details column to view its moderation details.
Risk report
The Risk Report displays Trend statistics and Risk Distribution for Content Compliance Check, Sensitive Content Detection, and Prompt injection detection.

On the page, select the Content Compliance Check, Sensitive Content Detection, or Prompt injection detection tab.

View Trend statistics and Risk Distribution by day, month, account, or service. The Risk Distribution chart shows the top five hit tags and a list of all hit tags.
