App Monitor is a one-stop quality monitoring and analysis platform for mobile applications (apps) from Alibaba Cloud EMAS. It provides end-to-end quality assurance services, such as crash analysis, performance optimization, and log diagnostics. The platform uses real-time data collection, intelligent analysis, and multi-dimensional aggregation to help developers quickly identify, locate, and resolve online issues. The App Monitor service supports Android, iOS, and HarmonyOS NEXT applications. It helps customers detect online failures within 10 seconds and locate them within 5 minutes. This creates a closed-loop Operations and Maintenance (O&M) process for handling exceptions based on the "Perceive > Locate > Recover" model, which improves the app user experience.
