The optimization phase of Alibaba Cloud’s Well-Architected Framework is a core part of continuous architecture evolution. It drives the architecture toward a higher level of maturity using systematic improvement guidance, tool-based governance methods, and scenario-specific solutions to address issues and threats detected during the measure phase. This phase focuses not only on short-term fixes but also on building long-term governance capabilities to deeply align business goals with technical architecture.
