This topic describes how to subscribe to or unsubscribe from text message and email reminders for upcoming iOS P12 certificate expirations.
Prerequisites
You have uploaded a P12 certificate in the EMAS console. For more information, see Upload a certificate for the first time.
Procedure
To prevent an expired certificate from affecting your push services, Alibaba Cloud sends multiple reminders by text message and email in the month before your P12 certificate expires. These reminders prompt you to replace the certificate. By default, these reminders are sent only to the mobile phone number and email address attached to the Alibaba Cloud account for the application. To add or remove contacts for these expiration reminders, follow these steps.
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Message Center
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Message Center and go to the Basic Receiving Management page.
If you are using a RAM user and cannot open the Basic Receiving Management page, contact the root account owner to perform the following operations.
Subscribe to certificate expiration reminders
Under Product Messages, in the row for Product Upgrades, Configuration & Price Change Notifications, make sure that the checkboxes for Mailbox and Text Message are selected.
In the row for Product Upgrades, Configuration & Price Change Notifications, click Modify Account Contact.
Click Add Message Recipient.
Enter the name, email address, mobile phone number, and position, and then click OK.
Message Center sends a validation text message and a validation email. Click the link in each message to complete the validation. After validation, select the checkbox for the new recipient and click Save.
Unsubscribe from certificate expiration reminders
In the row for Product Upgrades, Configuration & Price Change Notifications, click Modify Account Contact.
Clear the checkbox for the contact that you want to remove, and then click Save.
