Introduction to the Mini Program Open Platform

The mPaaS Mini Program Open Platform gives enterprises and developers everything needed to build, test, publish, and operate miniapps in one place. Developers get full lifecycle support—from development and testing through publishing and operations. Enterprises can onboard miniapps from multiple sources and launch digital services quickly.

The platform consists of a developer console and an operations console. Third-party miniapp developers access the developer console after whitelist approval. From there, they create and update miniapps, download configuration files, and run tests. When ready, they submit miniapps for review, perform a canary release, and then complete a full release. The miniapps are then synced to the operations console, where operators review and approve them for publishing. Miniapp package publishing and testing require the mPaaS service from Ant Group.

The Mini Program Open Platform is currently in a testing phase. If you have business needs, submit a ticket to contact our operations staff.

Features

Full lifecycle management for miniapps

The platform covers every stage of a miniapp's lifecycle—creation, development, testing, canary release, and full listing—through a single management interface.

Unified management and review for multiple developer groups

The management console consolidates miniapp reviews from different sources under a single set of quality and privacy policies. This gives the host app a consistent, high-quality miniapp experience regardless of which team built the miniapp.

Stable and continuously optimized miniapp container SDK

The stable and efficient miniapp container software development kit (SDK) lets host apps run miniapps with a user experience comparable to native development. The SDK exposes extensive capabilities for calling system and device permissions, which significantly reduces development costs.
