If a Mini Program package is not published to the application marketplace, can I launch it directly in an app after publishing a test package from the console?

If a miniapp package has not been published to the application marketplace, you can publish a test package in the console and then use the IDE to publish the package for debugging or preview. You can access the miniapp by scanning a QR code with your phone, but you cannot launch it directly from within the app.
