View email conversations

Method 1: Use conversation mode

1. In the upper-right corner of the mailbox page, you can click Settings > View More Settings.

2. You can go to Mailbox Settings > Display Settings > Email Reading Mode, select Conversation Mode, and then click Save.

3. Email conversations are grouped in the email list. You can click the number to expand an email conversation.
