Microsite data statistics

After you build and publish an H5 microsite or an H5 survey form, you can use the data statistics feature to analyze page access and other data. This analysis helps you segment audiences for future marketing activities.

Instructions

1. Go to Workspace > User Marketing > Marketing Management > Microsites. In the list of microsites, find a page with a Published status, and then choose More > Analyze.

1.1 Microsite analysis report > Channel

The default channels are Text Message and Offline Venue. You can filter users by source channel to view the data.

1.2 Microsite analysis report > Version

By default, the system displays data for the latest version. In the upper-right corner, you can select a different version from the Version dropdown list to view its historical data. Note: Data is not shared between versions.

2. Microsites > Traffic statistics

2.1 Overall page traffic statistics

This section shows statistics for page views (PV), unique visitors (UV), form submission PV, and form submission UV. In the upper-right corner, you can filter the data by time.

2.2 Option statistics

Option statistics correspond to the questions in your form. In the upper-right corner of each card, you can click Generate Audience to open the Generate Audience page.

After generating an audience, you can filter it by option source. Then, you can select the audience to add to the Customer Data Platform (CDP).

2.3 Submission details

This section shows the details of each submission. It lists the specific options that each user selected in the form.
