When you use Finance Cloud services, you may need to add funds to your Alibaba Cloud account, request a contract, or request an invoice. The following sections provide instructions:

FAQ
Q: I was using the public cloud before I registered for Finance Cloud. How can I transfer my servers and funds to Finance Cloud?
A: Finance Cloud and the public cloud are completely isolated. Therefore, a backend migration is not possible. You must perform the migration manually. If you need technical support, contact us at jr@service.alibaba.com, and we will arrange for an authorized Alibaba Cloud partner to assist you.
You can transfer funds from the public cloud to Finance Cloud. To do this, submit a ticket from your original account. In the ticket, set the type to Financial and clearly describe your request.
