Configure the SMS notification service to alert specified contacts about template expirations and task exceptions.
You can enable the SMS notification service for specified contacts. For example, an SMS template triggers an expiration reminder 7 days and 1 day before it expires. The reminder frequency is fixed and cannot be customized. Each notification is sent only once. You can view all notifications in the message center.

Specify a mobile phone number

You must bind a mobile phone number to a member. You can manually enter a mobile phone number. A maximum of five mobile phone numbers can be added.

3. Configure the robot

Add a chatbot to the DingTalk group and obtain the webhook URL. You can add a maximum of three chatbots.
4 . Notification service content
Select notification content for different business modules:

Valid time of the template: 30 days for the digital SMS template and 90 days for the card template

Expiration time: 30 days or 90 days from the creation time.
