After your account is converted to a standard account, you are charged for calls to the Information Query Service APIs.
Usage notes
The pay-as-you-go (postpaid) method charges you daily based on your actual usage. Fees are then deducted from your Alibaba Cloud account.
If the billing discrepancy between you and Alibaba Cloud is 1% or greater, project and technical contacts from both parties will review the data. For discrepancies of less than 1%, Alibaba Cloud's statistics are considered authoritative.
Billing metrics
billable item: This field corresponds to the product name on your Alibaba Cloud bill. Use this name to reconcile your bills.
ReadPage metering
Billing metric: A request is considered valid if the target URL returns an HTTP status code below 500.

Billing rules
The default performance limit is 5 QPS.
To request a higher QPS limit, contact your business manager or click Contact Us for assistance at least one week in advance. Otherwise, the default QPS limit applies.
Billing example: How ReadPage fees are calculated
Example: On May 10, 2025, a user makes 400,000 ReadPageBasic calls and 100,000 ReadPageScrape calls.
Daily fee calculation:
Fees for ReadPageBasic: (400,000 / 1000) * 2.00 = 800.00 CNY
Fees for ReadPageScrape: (100,000 / 1000) * 10.00 = 1,000.00 CNY
Total fees for May 10: 800.00 + 1,000.00 = 1,800.00 CNY
