Experience Insight Agent is an intelligent data analytics product for online stores, powered by a large model. It connects to and analyzes voice of the customer data from multiple channels, including store reviews, customer inquiries, and refund information. By unifying this data, Experience Insight Agent helps you gain deep insights from customer feedback.

3. Data persistence and systematic traceability

Experience Insight Agent records and structures the results of voice of the customer analysis. It supports multi-dimensional analysis, including period-over-period comparisons, across different months, channels, stores, and products.

Voice of the customer report

View daily, weekly, and monthly reports that highlight critical customer feedback and let you drill down into details.

Voice of the customer insight

Aggregates and analyzes data from multiple channels. You can search your voice of the customer data by using keywords or custom business dimensions to view, categorize, and generate statistics from the feedback.

Model management

Includes two main functions: Tag Management lets you recognize and manage tags for voice of the customer data. Model Optimization lets you annotate feedback with these tags to continuously improve the model's performance.

Connector

Use connectors to pull voice of the customer data from your stores across multiple channels. You must configure connectors before you can use Experience Insight Agent.

Connection record

Allows you to check connection results and monitor the status of your connectors.

RPA phone number application

Some connectors use sub-account authorization to retrieve data, which requires a managed phone number from the RPA service. Use this feature to request the required phone number.
