Tag management helps enterprises identify and manage tags from voice interactions.

The tag management page has three main sections: tag search, tag tree management, and the tag list.

Tag search

The Tag Search feature lets you quickly find specific tags by keyword.

Tag list

The Tag List displays information for each tag, such as its level-2 name, source, sentiment, and risk level.

You can manage tags directly in the list. For system-recommended tags, you can enable or disable them. For custom tags, you can enable or disable them, view their details, or delete them.

  • An enabled tag has the "In Use" status and is automatically identified by the system. A disabled tag has the "Inactive" status and is not identified by the system. You can enable and disable multiple tags at once.

  • Deleting a tag removes it from tag management, and the system stops identifying it. You can delete multiple custom tags at once.

  • The 'View Details' operation lets you view and edit the content of a custom tag. Tag details include the Tag Name, Tag Sentiment, Tag Risk Level, and Tag Recognition Logic.

Tag recognition configuration

Keyword-based configuration: Identify tags by defining rules based on keyword combinations. You can configure rules using AND/OR logic for multiple keywords and set up multiple keyword groups.

For example:

If a text contains (design OR style) AND (ugly OR unattractive OR bad-looking OR unappealing), it results in a tag hit.
