This tutorial shows you how to get started with the Live Stream Inspection Agent.

Note

Imagine you are part of a company's live stream management team. You need to analyze host performance across multiple channels for various business scenarios and generate daily or weekly reports. The Live Stream Inspection Agent lets you configure scenarios and inspections to monitor these channels and then summarize the findings on an analysis dashboard.

Before you begin

  1. Create an account and complete your account information.

You must have an Alibaba Cloud account that has completed real-name verification. For more information, see Step 1: Sign up for an Alibaba Cloud account.

  1. Activate a free trial or paid subscription for the Live Stream Inspection Agent.

You must have purchased the Live Stream Inspection Agent or applied for a free trial. For more information, see the one-month free trial instructions.

Procedure

Step 1: Create an inspection scenario

1. The product provides official, general-purpose inspection scenarios that demonstrate its precise, AI-powered inspection capabilities.

2. You can also create custom scenarios by configuring your own keywords and exclusion words.

Rule logic: An alert is triggered when specified keywords are detected. Keywords within the same group are connected by OR logic, while different keyword groups are connected by AND logic.

For example, with the following configuration, a violation is flagged if a host says ("world-leading" OR "leader" OR "world-class" OR "number one") AND "our brand".

3. You can enable the large model to generate an AI-assisted recognition prompt with a single click.

Prerequisite: Before generating a prompt, you must define the scenario name, description, and keywords (exclusion words are optional). The AI uses this information to create the prompt. If you update any of this information, regenerate the prompt.

Important: Do not modify the text in the ###Output section of the generated prompt.

Step 2: Assign an inspection scenario

1. Enter a name for the live stream. We recommend using a name that matches the account associated with the stream.

2. Configure the stream URL. For instructions on how to obtain a stream URL, see the relevant documentation.

3. Configure the inspection scenario and inspection period. The stream must be active during the specified period for detection to work.

Speech Inspection: Select a scenario and the time period for inspection.

Visual Inspection: Select a scenario and the specific times for inspection.

Speech Structure Analysis: Choose whether to enable this feature. If enabled, specify the times at which speech structure should be analyzed and tagged.

Step 3: Review inspection details

1. The Inspection Overview lists details for each violation found in an inspection scenario. Click Details to see the corresponding video clip and transcript.

2. On the violation inspection analysis dashboard, you can view the number of violations detected over a period, broken down by live stream and channel.

Step 4: Configure alert rules

1. You can configure an inspection scenario to send real-time alerts to DingTalk or Lark groups.
