WinNexO billing
WinNexO is available in two options: a Standard plan and add-on packages. The Standard plan supports monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions. Credits are issued monthly and expire at the end of the month; they do not roll over. Refunds are only issued for full, unused months of the subscription. Credits cannot be shared between different products. Each tenant can purchase a maximum of one Standard plan. Add-on packages are valid for one month and are non-refundable. You can purchase an unlimited number of these packages.
Credits with the earliest expiration date are used first.

a) Credits are issued on the first day of each calendar month and expire at 23:59:59 on the last day of the same month. Unused Credits do not roll over.
