Concurrent data
The Concurrent Data feature lets you view real-time concurrency trends and comparisons for games in each project. You can analyze concurrency by instance type, user scheduling level, and resource dimension. You can also analyze historical concurrency trends. This helps you more accurately understand the concurrency of game instances in your projects.
Real-time analysis
1. Go to Data Reports > Concurrent Data > Real-time Analysis. Select a project from the Project Name drop-down list and filter by platform type as needed.
2. The real-time concurrency trend and comparison report shows game concurrency over time. Select a game from the Game Name drop-down list to view its concurrency trend.
Click Add Comparison > Time Comparison > Select Time to add a concurrency trend from a selected date to the graph for comparison.
Click Add Comparison > Game Comparison > Select Game to add another game's concurrency trend from today to the graph for comparison.
The horizontal axis shows the time. The vertical axis shows the number of concurrent game sessions.
3. The real-time concurrency by instance type report shows the concurrency of each instance type throughout the day. Select a game from the Game Name drop-down list.
The horizontal axis shows the time. The vertical axis shows the number of concurrent sessions for the instance type.
4. The real-time concurrency by user scheduling level report shows the number of concurrent users for each scheduling level. You can filter the data by game name, instance type, region, or user scheduling level.
5. The real-time concurrency by resource dimension report shows the real-time concurrency for each game on each instance in the project. You can filter the results using the Game Name or User Scheduling Level drop-down lists.
Concurrency Limit: The maximum number of concurrent sessions allowed for the game on the instance.
Real-time Concurrency: The current number of concurrent sessions for the game on the instance.
Available Containers: The number of available containers for the game on the instance.
Historical analysis
1. Go to Data Reports > Concurrent Data > Historical Analysis. Select a project from the Project Name drop-down list. Filter by platform type and select a date range.
2. The historical concurrency trend and comparison report shows the concurrency trends for each game within the selected time period.
Click +Select Game and select a game to add its concurrency trend for the specified time period to the graph.
Click Export Data to export the historical concurrency trend and comparison report to an Excel file.
