Queue data
The Queue Data page provides real-time queue trends and comparisons, historical queue overviews and trends, and queue time feature analysis for games in each project. This helps you better understand the queue status of games in your projects.
Real-time analysis
1. Go to Data Reports > Queue Data > Real-time Analysis. Select a project from the Project Name drop-down list and filter by platform type as needed.

2. The real-time queue trend and comparison report shows how game queues change over time. From the Game Name drop-down list, select a game to view its queue trend.
Click Add Comparison > Time Comparison > Select Time to add a queue trend comparison for a specific date to the chart.
Click Add Comparison > Game Comparison > Select Game to add a queue trend comparison for another game for today to the chart.
The chart shows the maximum number of users in the queue within 5 minute intervals. Drag the chart to zoom.
If a game shows no data, no players were in the queue during that time period.

The horizontal coordinate represents the time, and the vertical coordinate represents the number of users in the queue at that time.
3. The real-time queue report for different user scheduling levels shows the number of users in the queue for each level. Filter the report by game name, user scheduling level, and VIP level as needed.
Historical analysis
1. Go to Data Reports > Queue Data > Historical Analysis. Select a project from the Project Name drop-down list, and filter by platform type and a date range. The Queue Overview section shows a summary for each game in the project during the selected time period.

Queued Game Entry Rate: The total number of game launches that required queuing divided by the total number of game launches.
Queued Player Rate: The total number of players who had to queue after launching the game divided by the total number of players who launched the game.
Queue Abort Rate (by attempts): The number of times a player actively aborted the queue, divided by the total number of queue attempts.
Queue Abort Rate (by players): The number of players who actively aborted the queue, divided by the total number of players who queued.
2. The historical queue trend and comparison chart shows the queue trend for a game during the selected time period.
Click +Select Game and choose a game to add its queue trend for the selected time period to the chart for comparison.
Click Export Data to download the historical queue trend and comparison report as an Excel file.

The horizontal coordinate represents the date, and the vertical coordinate represents the maximum number of users in the queue for that day. A lack of data for a game indicates that no players were in the queue during that time period.
3. The queue time feature analysis shows the distribution of waiting times for both completed and aborted queues. From the Game Name drop-down list, select the game that you want to analyze.

In the chart, the horizontal coordinate represents the waiting time in minutes, and the vertical coordinate represents the percentage of queues that fall within that time range.
