Experience data
The experience data report lets you view game experience data for each project. This report provides an experience overview and daily game experience reports to help you better understand the user experience in your games.
1. Go to Data Report > Experience Data. From the Project Name drop-down list, select the project report that you want to view. You can filter the report by platform or date.
2. The Experience Overview section displays the game launch success rate, average launch time, and Round-trip Time (RTT) for the selected project and time range.
Game launch success rate: (Number of successful game launches / Total number of game launches) × 100%. This value represents the daily average for the selected date range.
Average launch time: The average time required for the game to launch.
RTT: The average network latency. This value represents the daily average for the selected date range.
3. The daily game experience report displays the daily experience data for the selected project over the specified time range.
From the Game Name drop-down list, you can select a specific game to view its data.
Click Export Data to download the daily game experience report in Excel format.
