1. Service overview

As digital transformation reshapes the education sector, schools face an urgent need to upgrade traditional computer rooms to AI-powered cloud computer rooms. Built on a new cloud-network-client computing architecture, Alibaba Cloud Wuying education products move the host processing of traditional PCs to the cloud, allowing teachers and students to access their personal desktops from anywhere, at any time. The Wuying AI Cloud Classroom technical service is designed to provide schools (users of Wuying education products) with official manufacturer technical support, product training, and acceptance assistance during deployment. This service helps schools successfully deploy Wuying education products and go live.

2. Scope of service

The following tasks are within the scope of work for Alibaba Cloud:

• Assist with the initial on-site site survey of the school to assess existing infrastructure.

• Provide technical support for the school during Wuying product preparation and deployment. This includes guidance on ELV and LV integrated cabling for the computer room, floor trenching and cable tray installation, power distribution box setup, network cabinet installation, network device configuration, broadband or leased line activation, Alibaba Cloud account real-name verification, Wuying cloud desktop application installation in DingTalk, policy configuration, and terminal device deployment.

• Assist the school with the acceptance of work performed by the ELV and LV cabling contractor.

• Handle the creation of a savings plan, configuration of cloud campus tags, provisioning of cloud desktop resources, and providing usage instructions.

Unless otherwise specified, the following tasks are not within the scope of work for Alibaba Cloud:

• Alibaba Cloud is not responsible for the computer room construction work required for solution implementation.

• Alibaba Cloud is not responsible for procuring consumables for the hardware and network devices required for solution implementation.

• Alibaba Cloud is not responsible for the factory configuration of hardware and network devices required for solution implementation.

• Alibaba Cloud is not responsible for the planning, deployment, maintenance, or Q&A for any software products outside the design plan defined in the "Service Content" section. Alibaba Cloud only provides expert technical support from the original manufacturer to guide and assist the school with the infrastructure preparation, product deployment, configuration, and debugging required before deployment.

3. Prerequisites

• The customer must provide necessary office facilities, such as desks and chairs, at the start of the project.

• Alibaba Cloud reserves the right to refuse any customer requests that may cause Alibaba Cloud to violate laws or regulations. The customer must cooperate with Alibaba Cloud, including but not limited to designating personnel for communication and supplying all necessary materials for project delivery.

4. Service content

4.1 Wuying AI cloud classroom technical service

The Wuying AI Cloud Classroom technical service provides end-to-end technical guidance, from pre-sales site survey to acceptance and operational handover. The service is delivered on-site at the school, offering remote or in-person technical guidance to help complete key tasks such as ELV and LV cabling deployment in the computer room, and the provisioning, configuration, and debugging of cloud desktops. This ensures a smooth delivery and go-live of the cloud computer room.

The service consists of three modules: on-site site survey technical support, installation and deployment process guidance, and product usage training.

5. Customer responsibilities

• After service delivery, the customer must cooperate with Alibaba Cloud to formally accept the service or confirm its completion.

• The customer must appoint a contact person from the school to serve as the primary liaison with Alibaba Cloud, responsible for coordinating internal school resources and providing full cooperation during the site survey, construction, and training phases.

• The customer must provide accurate school information during the site survey, including but not limited to classroom location, area dimensions, floor structure, power supply conditions, and current network status.

• The customer is responsible for procuring the consumables for ELV and LV cabling and other hardware, ensuring all materials meet the quality standards specified in the design plan.

• The customer is responsible for coordinating the application and installation of broadband or leased lines to ensure network access meets cloud desktop deployment requirements.

• The customer must ensure the construction site is safe, clean, and free of clutter or safety hazards (such as water sources), and provide the necessary conditions for construction.

• The customer is responsible for signing for and storing equipment upon delivery. Store equipment in a separate, monitored storeroom away from water sources.

• The customer must arrange for the school's electrician to assist with main power connection work during construction.

• The customer must provide prerequisite information as required by the project, such as the school's Alibaba Cloud account and DingTalk organization code.

• The customer must prepare the installation packages for all required teaching software in advance. The customer must also arrange for relevant teachers to attend product training to ensure its effectiveness.

6. Acceptance

Service acceptance can be initiated after all service tasks in the "Service Content" section are completed and the corresponding deliverables have been submitted.

The service is considered accepted after Alibaba Cloud provides the relevant deliverables. After receiving a deliverable, the customer must provide a response or confirmation within five business days. If modifications are requested, Alibaba Cloud will complete the changes within five business days and resubmit the deliverable for confirmation. If no response is received from the customer within five business days, the deliverable is deemed to have been accepted and the service obligation fulfilled.

7. Completion

The service is considered complete after implementation and customer acceptance are finished.

Service completion is determined as follows: After receiving a deliverable, the customer has five business days to respond. If the customer provides confirmation or does not respond within this period, the deliverable is considered accepted. The service is complete once all deliverables are accepted.
