This system helps enterprises build a talent pipeline in artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent computing, accelerate the adoption of "AI+", and empower businesses to effectively implement and use AI.

1. Service overview
The Alibaba Cloud Platform O&M and Delivery team, a department within the Alibaba Cloud Public Sector and Enterprise Business Unit, is a team of experts specializing in Apsara Stack operations and delivery. The team is responsible for providing delivery, operations, and expert services for Alibaba Cloud's Apsara Stack and public cloud products to enterprise customers. Through years of hands-on technical support, we have accumulated extensive experience in Alibaba Cloud service delivery, operations, and training. We have consolidated this technical knowledge to benefit our customers and ecosystem partners.
Our end-to-end MaaS training and certification system helps customers build talent pipelines in AI and intelligent computing, accelerate the adoption of "AI+", and empower enterprises to effectively implement and use AI. This comprehensive, role-based, and multi-level technical service training and certification system strengthens the standardization and scalability of Alibaba Cloud's delivery and operations capabilities, supporting enterprise talent development and skill upgrades.
Training Service: We provide MaaS technical training for Apsara Stack tailored to customer needs and business objectives. Our curriculum focuses on core scenarios such as the Enterprise Edition, intelligent computing, large models, all-in-one machine, and OpenTrek. We offer a full range of high-quality courses on cloud construction, management, and usage. The courses cover diverse roles across the full lifecycle of cloud and AI projects, including the delivery engineer, development and O&M engineer, and business personnel. This system enhances end-to-end technical service capabilities—from cloud architecture to AI business implementation—and supports talent development and digital transformation.
Certification Service: We help Alibaba Cloud ecosystem partners build integrated sales and service capabilities for the Apsara Cloud platform. Focusing on domains and scenarios like AI, large models, intelligent computing, all-in-one machine, and the Enterprise Edition, we offer multiple enterprise certification services for presales, delivery, and operations capabilities. We provide role-based and multi-level technical service training and certification that aligns with partner needs and business directions, supporting the end-to-end talent development requirements of our public sector and enterprise partners.
We have end-to-end delivery capabilities, covering the entire lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation and effectiveness evaluation. Our training and certification services are supported by three core systems: curriculum development, instructor training, and competency certification, ensuring the successful execution of all programs.
2. Scope of service
2.1 Service definition
This document describes the training, certification, and other services that the Alibaba Cloud Platform O&M and Delivery team (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Party B") provides to the end customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "Party A") after you purchase the corresponding Alibaba Cloud service products and the contract is signed.
Training Service: This service is delivered in a classroom format at the customer's site or an Alibaba Cloud facility. An Alibaba Cloud certified instructor conducts the training in person, remotely, or through video.
Certification Service: This service provides the customer with access to certification exams. It is designed to continuously enhance the customer's professional skills in Alibaba Cloud delivery and operations, enabling them to master Alibaba Cloud Apsara Stack delivery and operations service capabilities. This service is delivered by providing access to certification exams and retake opportunities.
2.2 Service scope and validity
The available training courses are listed in the course catalog provided by Party B. The final course content to be delivered is subject to mutual agreement between Party A and Party B.
The training and certification service is valid for 6 calendar months from the order's effective date or until the training is completed, whichever comes first. If the order expires before the training service is completed, Party A is deemed to have automatically forfeited the right to the corresponding training service. If Party B is unable to deliver the service for its own reasons, the validity period for the training quota will be extended by no more than 6 months.
3. Prerequisites
To achieve the desired service outcomes, participants from Party A must have a certain level of technical knowledge or meet the specific enrollment requirements for the course. Party A must ensure that all participant information is true and accurate.
After the order becomes effective, Party A must send an implementation request to Party B in advance based on the service scenario:
Training service scenario: Submit the training request at least 30 working days in advance. This request allows Party B to prepare delivery resources, such as instructors, materials, and the lab environment.
Certification service scenario: Submit the certification request at least 10 working days in advance. Party B will use this request to prepare the necessary resources.
The specific delivery date will be determined through negotiation between Party A and Party B, based on schedules and resource availability. Both parties must formally confirm the implementation plan via DingTalk or email. To ensure timely and high-quality training delivery, Party A must appoint a training coordinator to liaise with Party B during the training launch and delivery period. This coordinator will help coordinate the training delivery plan and site preparation.
The implementation plan must clearly specify the following key information:
Service scenario: Specify either "[Training Service] scenario" or "[Certification Service] scenario". For a training service, you must also specify "Online Training" or "On-site Training".
Service location: Specify "Alibaba Cloud campus classroom," "Party A-designated location," or "Online DingTalk video training".
Service list: For training courses, specify the names and durations of the training courses.
4. Service content
4.1 Course list
Based on the topic, target audience, and format, Party B provides the following categories of courses: 1) Training Service: Includes Technical Training Service - Intermediate Public Class, Technical Training Service - Intermediate Private Class, and Technical Training Service - Advanced Private Class (including courses related to AI and large models). 2) Certification Service: Includes Alibaba Cloud Technical Service Certification - General Computing L2, Alibaba Cloud Technical Service Certification - L3, Alibaba Cloud Technical Service Certification - L4, and Alibaba Cloud Technical Service Certification - Intelligent Computing & Model Studio L2. Party A and Party B must agree on the training and certification content before the order becomes effective.
The course list is updated regularly. Please contact Party B to obtain the latest version. Party B reserves the right of interpretation for the course list, outlines, and content.
4.2 Training service
4.2.1 Service deliverables
The deliverables for the [Training Service] include:

Training instruction | The training content and duration are confirmed in advance by Party A and Party B. Instruction is delivered by a Party B certified instructor, either on-site or through a live remote session (via DingTalk video). |
Training instructor | A Party B certified Alibaba Cloud instructor with professional knowledge and delivery capabilities in the subject matter. |
Lab environment and resources | ① For hands-on courses: A maximum of 15 hands-on lab accounts are provided per class in the lab environment provided by Party B. ② For courses dependent on the customer's actual environment (such as courses related to intelligent computing): Party A must provide a test account for the instructor to use in Party A's own environment before the training. The account must be isolated so that demonstrations do not affect production workloads. |
Other supporting services | Training materials such as notebooks, pens, and printed manuals are not included. Additional services such as coffee breaks, prizes, and photography or videography are not included. If the training takes place at an Alibaba Cloud site, Party B is not responsible for the travel, accommodation, or meal expenses of Party A's participants. Party A is responsible for these costs. Due to information security and copyright, if you require courseware, we can provide an online viewing link. |
4.2.2 Class size
In the [Training Service] scenario, to ensure service quality, each training class must not exceed the maximum number of participants. If the number of participants exceeds the limit, a separate class must be arranged or additional fees may apply. This must be negotiated and agreed upon by Party A and Party B before the contract is signed. The maximum class sizes are as follows:
Technical Training Service - Intermediate Public Class: Maximum of 10 participants per class. A minimum of 6 participants is required for the class to run.
Technical Training Service - Intermediate Private Class: Maximum of 15 participants per class.
Technical Training Service - Advanced Private Class: Maximum of 8 participants for fault drill and simulation classes. Maximum of 15 participants for other types of classes.
4.2.3 Training schedule
In the [Training Service] scenario, the default training times are from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on a working day. A working day refers to normal business hours, excluding national statutory rest days and public holidays. Any special time requirements must be separately communicated and confirmed by Party A and Party B.
4.2.4 Training format and location
In the [Training Service] scenario, the training format can be on-site or online, as agreed upon by Party A and Party B. Technical Training Service - Intermediate Public Class is only available online. Technical Training Service - Intermediate Private Class and Technical Training Service - Advanced Private Class can be delivered either on-site or online. On-site training can take place at an Alibaba Cloud facility or a location designated by Party A. Online training is conducted using the DingTalk video conferencing tool.
If training is conducted at the customer's site or another designated location, the customer is responsible for providing the necessary training facilities, including the venue, Wi-Fi access, a stable sound system, and projection equipment.
To ensure training quality, on-site training venues must meet the following basic requirements:
Desks and chairs for all participants.
A high-quality projection and sound system.
A network environment that supports internet access for all participants.
A well-ventilated environment.
A whiteboard and markers for interactive sessions.
Sufficient power strips for all participants.
For courses with hands-on lab sessions, participants must bring their own laptops to the training.
4.2.5 Training language
The delivery language for the training service is Mandarin Chinese.
Customer responsibilities
After the service is complete, work with Alibaba Cloud to complete the service acceptance and sign the service acceptance report.
Designate a training contact person to work with Alibaba Cloud to coordinate the service delivery plan and prepare the venue.
To ensure the training is effective, send trainees who meet the course prerequisites or have the required technical background. Ensure all trainee information is authentic and accurate.
6. Acceptance criteria
Training service: After the training is complete, we provide the service deliverables. The deliverables include a training sign-in sheet, a satisfaction survey, and a training summary. The training service is considered accepted once these deliverables are provided.
The service is considered accepted under any of the following conditions: you provide a signed acceptance report, you confirm acceptance online, or you do not provide feedback within five calendar days after we submit the deliverables.
Certification service: After you complete the payment, we provide the service deliverables. The deliverables include a registration URL for the exclusive technical certification exam and the number of exam attempts you purchased. We submit these deliverables by email or through our official website. If you do not confirm acceptance within 5 working days after we submit the deliverables, the service is considered accepted.
Completion criteria
Training services: The training courses in the contract are delivered and accepted by the customer.
Certification services: The certification courses in the contract are delivered and accepted by the customer.
8. Service cancellation and postponement
Training services: To change, cancel, or adjust a training class, its time, or its content, notify us in writing at least 10 working days before the scheduled registration time. If you provide late notice or no notice, the service is considered performed as scheduled and will be marked as complete. You can cancel or postpone a training plan a maximum of two times, not including cancellations or postponements due to force majeure. If you exceed this limit, the service is considered performed as scheduled and will be marked as complete. We are not liable for cancellations or postponements caused by force majeure events, such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, or government prohibitions. In these cases, we may negotiate with you to postpone the service or deliver it in an alternative format.
Certification services: Certification services are for the official Alibaba Cloud ACTS certification exam. After you confirm your exam registration, you cannot change or cancel it for any reason. If you cancel or postpone a scheduled exam during the service period, the service is considered performed as scheduled. Your registration for that exam session is considered used, and the service will be marked as complete.
IX. Billing rules
Billing model: Prepaid
Fee calculation: Total fee = Sum of (Unit price of each service item × Number of sets purchased)
Payment time: Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Training service: For the Technical Training Service - Intermediate Dedicated Class and the Technical Training Service - Advanced Dedicated Class, one set provides one day of training for one class. For the Technical Training Service - Intermediate Combined Class, one set provides one training session for one person. For details about the training content, see the course list in the contract.
Scope of service: The service includes instructors, digital course materials, a lab environment, and a venue at an Alibaba Cloud site. Tea breaks and catering are not included.
2. Certification service: One set provides certification service for one person and includes two exam attempts.
3. Unless otherwise specified in the contract, collected service fees are non-refundable.
