This feature is available only to paid customers and is no longer sold to new customers.
You can set up incentive programs to motivate your shopping guides. Guides receive cash rewards when they meet specific conditions. The program supports rewards for adding new customers and for redeeming coupons. You can configure your incentive programs in the incentive settings module. You must configure these settings to enable the incentives.

Select an incentive payment method.
Online payment: Incentive payments are sent directly to the shopping guide's WeChat Wallet using WeCom Pay. This requires you to enable WeCom Pay.
Enable the WeCom Pay feature in WeCom. If this feature is not enabled, you cannot send cash rewards to employees.
Click Enable to view the WeCom Pay developer document and complete the API integration.
In the Intelligent Shopping Guide console, complete the WeCom Pay information in the Settings module.
Offline payment: The system only records the payment amount. It does not distribute the funds.
Incentive list
This list shows default templates, such as new customer incentives and coupon redemption incentives, and any custom templates you create. You can enable or disable templates and view their details.
Add incentive
Create custom incentive rules based on customer behavior. Enter a name for the rule, select a customer behavior, and set the incentive amount and limit. You can create customer behaviors in the User Operations section.
Incentive details
This page shows the incentive behavior, rule, and reward limit. Click Edit to make changes. Note: If you modify an active incentive rule, the system resets and recalculates the guide's new customer acquisition data. Exercise caution when changing settings.
Incentive records
You can view an overview and detailed breakdown of all shopping guide incentives. You can also search and filter the records.
Total incentive amount: The total amount of incentives successfully paid out while the program is active.
Incentive amount: The total amount successfully paid out for a specific rule while the program is active.
For online payments, you can view the payment status and transaction ID. If a payment fails, you can view the reason for the failure.
Shopping guide incentive mini program
On the mini program's home page, shopping guides can view active incentive programs, their rules, and their earnings for the current month.
In the My section, you can view total incentive earnings and earning records.
You can filter earning records by type or by payment date.
